Master Chef Tomoo Kimura graduated from the Hattri Nutrition College in 1997, and has spent some two decades crafting his fine art, under apprenticeship of his sushi master in Tokyo, rising to become the executive chef at several fine-dining and Michelin-starred sushi-yas before deciding to make his maiden foray as a Master Chef through the opening of Sushi Kimura.

Master Chef Kimura’s focus on a refined dining experience and respect for tradition is reflected in his choice of premium ingredients, preparation and personal touches.
